I'm getting this error when running cap monit:setup

Please expand on not using Delayed_job with rails directly
What if no associated records exist? How would I use this in a new form where neither table has any records, to create new records?
I'd like to know this also, I'm often given tab separated files and various text enclosures.
How do I not use delayed_job directly with rails?
This would be a good one to revise.
